VINIFICATION: first fermentation with low temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days, second fermentation in the bottle for about 30 days.

AGEING: 6/8 months in the tanks before the bottling. A minimum of 24 months with the lees in the bottle after the second fermentation.

BOTTLE REFINEMENT: 3 months with controlled temperature after the “dégorgement”.

Fine and elegant sparkling wine, characterized by fragrant notes and straw scents. Wine with good freshness and taste.
