The production take place in two different buildings of the farm, historically belonging to our family, both located in the Occhetti CRU of Monteu Roero. In Cascina Occhetti there are the winemaking rooms and the barrels cellar, while in the Cascina Moretti there are the offices, the tasting room, a second barrel cellar and the pupitres room for the classic method sparkling wine.
